A mysterious individual with numerous enemies, with half the Superlonnys among them for reasons unknown. With a radio transmitter in his possession, which he use to send out transmissions with revealing secrets and facts about each of the Superlonnys.

His first physical appearance was at the end of the final Radio Transmission 'Final Warning'. We see only his hand as he shoots out a sample of his lazor cannon.

It should be noted that his voice heard in the radio transmissions was spoken through a voice changer.
